QC Dance proudly partners with the Blaine Park & Recreation
Department.
All classes are held at QC Dance, located 2 blocks west of Hwy 65 on 109th Avenue.
Together, we offer a variety of dance and fitness classes for all ages and abilities.
These programs instill a sense of love and appreciation of dance as
well as encouraging youth fitness. Our classes stress creative work, rhythm training, imagination, physical confidence, expression, basic skill building and body awareness.

Wear dancewear, ballet/tap shoes,
sneakers when indicated – proper shoes are required – and hair tied
back.
Dance shoes are available for purchase at the studio.

Mommy & Me Dance Class
Ages 0 to 3 & parent/adult
Parents and tots enjoy an exercise/activity class together. Tots enjoy playful songs, fun props and tumbling. Dads are welcome, too! Our instructor will guide parent and child through exercise and play activities. Please wear comfortable attire and clean tennis shoes or ballet slippers. This class is perfect for children not ready to separate from mom or dad. Max 15.

Intro to Dance
Ages 2 1/2 to 5
A delightful introduction to the art of dance with ballet basics, creative movement, fun with props and tumbling– all in a professional dance setting. Please wear leotard (skirt attached is acceptable if not too long) or exercise/comfortable stretchy attire and ballet slippers. This class is perfect for the child who is comfortable separating from mom and dad. Max. 15.

Ballerina Beginnings
Ages 6 to 9
Ballet consists of graceful, flowing and precise movements. Classes include barre and center work teaching the proper technique of movement, ballet terminology and dance appreciation. Weat a black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers.

Ages 6 to 9
Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Kids Get Fit!, Rock out! and Have a blast! Max. 15.
