QC DANCE COMPETITION INFORMATION:

Competition is an opportunity to increase performance skills, to do the best job we can, to show responsibility in practice, commitment, and to form new friendships in working as a team. Competition groups have competed in local, state and national competitions. Performance lines participate in an average of 2-5 contests per year. Competition proposal for the season is presented at the initial Competition meeting in September.

Fees:
September - June . . . . . range from $55-$150 monthly
For most lines includes tap and jazz class and routines, lyrical and production routines when offered, ballet and pointe class, all rehearsals for competition preparation. Class/ rehearsal includes meeting 1 - 3 times per week depending on preparations. Many dancers on our competition lines have other outside activity involvement. Discounts offered for High School Danceline Members placed on our Advanced Competition Line.
