Felicia Sechser

Community Outreach Coordinator, Recreational, and Blaine Parks and Recreation Class Instructor

Felicia started dance training at QC Dance at age 3. She participated in competition as well as being a member of TCDC (Twin Cities Dance Court) a non-profit performance company. As a member of the Pequot Lakes Revolution Dance Team for 4 years, Felicia received the All Conference Dancer award in her senior year, All Academic State award, Conference Champions, Section Champions, and her team was State Finalists. After graduating high school, she returned to QC in 2008 to continue her love of dancing through teaching children. Her classes have included Rockin Tots, Tots Plus, Pre K through 6th grade, solos and duets, summer camps, and seasonal Park and Recreation classes. In 2008, she was a member of the Concordia University Performance Team where she performed at football and basketball games. Felicia also taught Adult Tap classes for Minneapolis Park and Recreation for 2 years.


In spring of 2012, Felicia graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a B.A. in Business Management, a minor in Marketing, and an emphasis in Dance as well as a distinction from the University Honors in litteris fideque program. She was a member of the Business Club and PLUS (Playful Learning with University Students) Time, where she tutored refugee students. She was a President’s scholar recipient, Dean’s List recipient, and Research Symposium winner. She is looking forward to another year with the ‘wonderful dancers’ at QC!
