Josie Burton

Recreational, Hip Hop, and Blaine Park and Recreation Class Instructor

Dance has been a part of Josie’s life since she was three years old. She has danced at Dancin’ Feet, Stage Door of Performing Arts, and QC Dance throughout her dancing career. Josie was also part of the PACT Charter School Dance team. She was part of the first team in PACT’s history to ever make it to state in any sport. Josie also received the Academic All-State Award and was part of the All State Dance team in her senior year in high school. After high school Josie continued her education at the University of Minnesota where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology Law, Criminology, and Deviance with a Minor in Outdoor Recreation and Education. While in college Josie was a part of the student run tap dance company at the U of M called Minnesotap where she was a member and also secretary for the group. Josie started teaching dance at QC in 2014 and she works with recreational and park and rec dancers. She is looking forward to another great season with the QC family.
