Acro for Dancers
Acro for dancers includes warmup, basic floor exercises involving the mat to increase strength and flexibility along with tricks to incorporate in routines for performance. This class is designed to enhance strength, flexibility and agility to take the dancer’s skills to the next level.
(session class – not included in unlimited class card or add a class programs.)
